If Playlist Exporter Pro doesn't work for you for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email normankinghin@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout (or reply to your purchase receipt), and we'll process the refund through our payment provider. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank, typically 5–10 business days.

After 14 days

Refund requests after 14 days are handled case by case — if the extension has stopped working for you and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we'll refund you regardless of the window.
